Satisfaction Guarantee
All beachfront properties represented by Beachfront Futures Trust Company come with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unable to close on the property, you are entitled to a full and unconditional refund of your deposit. Your deposit is held in trust and is not given to the seller until closing.

Alternate Property Guarantees
Prior to closing, if you should desire to substitute a different property for the property which you originally selected, you may request that your deposit be applied to an alternate property or properties of your choice at no additional cost.

Zoning
All properties have zoning designed to promote sustainable real estate development compatible with the environment, and the ecosystem of the beach and its adjacent reef. This zoning protects both the plant and animal species living in the area as well as preserving the beauty and the value of your investment in your property.
